With over 20 years of baking experience and as an inspiration for wanting to prepare family meals and desserts for those having sensitive dietary needs pertaining to gluten and other allergen sensitivities, we decided to create 2B Whole in order to provide our customers with the same high-quality baked goods that we provide to our families. This company was started due to bakery owner, Toula’s children’s’ dietary restrictions which were diagnosed over ten years ago due to allergies. These dietary restrictions forced them to change their eating habits and these changes have drastically improved their overall well-being. Now, everyone in her family follows a well balanced, allergen free, gluten free diet and the results have been extraordinary. Since then, Toula became passionate about wanting to help others dealing with the same food allergy challenges which led to the birth of 2B Whole Bakery.
2B Whole’s mission is to provide high quality gluten-free and allergen-friendly baked goods that taste great!
With that in mind, we focus on the quality of our baked products by using over 80% organic ingredients, and local ingredients when available depending on the season. We use no artificial sweeteners, additives or preservatives. We are soy free, peanut free and dairy/casein free for all of our dessert and bread products.
We aim to be a dependable supplier of the best gluten-free and allergen-friendly products on the market, with no sacrifice to taste. Above all, our aim is to educate the consumer at any age to eat healthy, to be healthy to live a longer, happy life….and 2B Whole!
2B Whole stands for “W” well, “H” happy, “O” off wheat, “L” laughter, “E” exquisite.
